Based in Manhattan, New York in the USA, Anarch Entertainment was founded in 2013, following their work on Andamiro's arcade dance game Pump It Up Infinity (2013), to continue creating rhythm games on a fully independent basis. It is the developer of the NOISZ games, as well as PROJEKT GODHAND and Chronal Chain.

Following the free 2ECONDS TO STΔRLIVHT prequel visual novels, [[2ECONDS TO STΔRLIVHT: Forever My Diamond|Forever My Diamond]] and [[2ECONDS TO STΔRLIVHT: My Heart's Reflection|My Heart's Reflection]] in 2020, [[NOISZ STΔRLIVHT]] for mobile was the next full game released in the series, released in 2022 and set before the events of NOISZ. Anarch Entertainment sometimes makes appearances at conventions and expos such as MAGfest, TGS (Tokyo Game Show) and Otakon, showing demos of its games. Merchandise can be purchased at this booth, including posters, keychains, pins, T-shirts, CDs, and occasionally <span class="meowfly">[[“What” the Cat|What]]</span> plushies in low supply.
