Yoko Hinamori is the president of the newspaper club in the middle school [[Sera Hoshikawa|Sera]] and [[Grace Kamenashi|Grace]] attend in [[2ECONDS TO STΔRLIVHT: Forever My Diamond]]. On paper she is a model student, though under the surface she is extremely devious, and delights in spreading rumours about other students as well as revealing their secrets online.

The notebook she keeps is said to be filled with the secrets of other students.

Yoko spends the story under the impression [[Sera Hoshikawa|Sera]] is dating [[Akira]], and goes as far as pressuring them to reveal this information to her; under the pretense of it being an interview regarding relevant school business, she pulls Sera into an "interview" to this end.
