Story

As Hakuno fights against Firebird, she muses on her reliance on Sumire for most of her life, wondering if she's fighting against her alongside Firebird. Firebird tells her it isn't too late to give up, and Hakuno wonders if she's grown too dependent on Sumire. She realizes, though, that she doesn't have to be strong by herself; it's the principle the NOISZ/RS was built on, and it's what made her strong now.

Hakuno reaches out using the NOISZ, and finds Sumire's crimson flame reaching back. Assured she isn't fighting alone either, Hakuno declares her victory before clashing against Firebird again.

Hakuno states that, while they may be the ultimate NOISZ user since they never fight alone, Hakuno doesn't either, and proclaims her victory before clashing against Firebird again.

Defeated, Firebird questions how Hakuno has everything they don't. Hakuno tells them that, as their friend, she'll share what she has with them; even if they got off to a rocky start, she's certain Firebird is a good person. She's also realized that Firebird is desperate to convince themself that killing Eito was the right thing, something they're certain of, but still doubts. They admit the memory of ending someone's life is something that they couldn't stop thinking about, to which Hakuno tells them to talk to her about it.

Firebird agrees not to kill Yashiro, but warns Hakuno that it won't be different when they have to kill Gaius. Hakuno agrees, but has decided to fight against him anyways, as she knows music is Sera and Shion's dream; she can't fight for the world, but she can fight for her friends and family. Firebird offers to put out the flames, but Hakuno refuses, saying her parents deserve the property damage. The two decide to drag them to the front door and leave them there. Hakuno says she's happy to know this side of them, and asks them to rely on her more. Firebird offers to try to pass the message along, assuring Hakuno the other two will remember despite the separation. Hakuno says that's good enough, certain that she can stand alongside her best friend and face any challenge together now.
