Convergent Events

Convergent Events (01 and 02) were one-time events that were run in order to determine the outcome of NOISZ STΔRLIVHT True Heroes' story and ending. Players selected their team between two available teams. As they played, they earned tokens for their team, determined by a Gay-Radiant-based accuracy scoring metric called GP (Gay Points).

Whichever team had the highest total of tokens at the end of the event won, and each player could get their own rewards from hitting certain token collection thresholds.

After the release of Chapter VS, it was revealed that Grace won Convergent Event 01 (54/46), and Hakuno won Convergent Event 02 (60/40)<ref>keternal announcing the results</ref>.

Convergent Event 01 ran from March 29th, 2024 to April 12th, 2024, and Convergent Event 02 ran from April 12th, 2024 to April 28th, 2024. (Event 02 was live earlier for iOS players than Android players, who did not get the event until the 14th).

A play in this event type costs 1 COINZ, and the maximum COINZ boost available is 4 COINZ. Boosts scale linearly, so 4x COINZ Boost gives 4x tokens. The maximum number of COINZ that can be spent in a day is 20; this limit is reset at 8:00am UTC.

The song folders were composed of all songs from both characters' folders: Clover and Dia for Convergent Event 01, Heart and Spade for Convergent Event 02.

(While Crossroads of the Brave was not intended to be present, as there were concerns around potential interactions with its hard-coded characteristics, it was still included in the Convergent Event 01 song line-up.)

Token Gain

Token Gain is separated into 2 categories: GP up Tokens and Normal Tokens.
Every chart has 50 GP up tokens that can only be obtained by getting a up score in GP on each chart.
It is calculated as <math>50*(GP^{1.5}-GP_{\text{old}}^{1.5})</math>
Where <math>GP</math> is the GP of your play in percent
and <math>GP_{\text{old}}</math> is your best GP play in percent before this song.
This bonus is not affected by Coinz Boost.

Normal Tokens gained is based on your GP , level of the chart and Coinz Boost.
It is calculated as <math>(10+level*2)*(GP^{1.5})*Coinz</math>
where <math>GP</math> is the GP of your play in percent
<math>level</math> is the level of the chart (0.5 level step counts as a full level so a 10.5 chart is considered as 11 in the calculation and a 11 chart is considered as level 12 in the calculation)
and <math>Coinz</math> is the Coinz Boost Used.
