Ignition cost is halved. Errors from non-Tap notes deal half damage.	Damage from non-Tap notes and mines -50% and doesn't remove Silver Verse Stars. Damage from bullets -20%. PW increases based on LV of all of Hakuno's other Styles (1 PW/LV; up to a max of +200 PW).

NOISZ BURST
Blast Shield: Completely invincible for the duration. Every 4th note hit, a Charged Shot is fired.
