Sera's mother is a powerful businesswoman who owns multiple popular nightclubs. A rather strict person obsessed with success, although she's a bit more open-minded than some about the form of said success. Sera's father is still secret, but some speculate that he's a famous musician.[1]
Story
Chapter 3
Setsuna appears only briefly, in Chapter 3.III; she blackmails Yashiro into having him play at one of her venues. Having witnessed the scene in conceptual time, Sera exits and then walks back in normally, and asks her about it.
Setsuna casually tells Sera Yashiro may be her father, though shouldn't think too much of it.
History
At some point in the past, Setsuna had a one-night stand with Yashiro Nekoda, resulting in a child - Sera, a fact she uses to blackmail him.
Setsuna has a somewhat distant relationship with her daughter, and takes the same blasé attitude towards her that she does in life. She is frequently unavailable, and so has often left Sera to herself, though is also hard on Sera, and puts pressure on her to be successful.
