Chapter 1

In a news article, Eito is released from prison early on good behaviour in Chapter 1.III, cited as a "model inmate" by prison staff and seemingly repentant for his crimes, causing Sumire enough distress that Hitori fronts in her place.

Chapter 3

In another news article in Chapter 3.I, after being released from prison, Eito broke into Yumi's apartment in an attempt to murder her; however, he was stopped by Firebird, and after a brief altercation he was killed after Firebird ran him through with a flaming sword.
