Hakuno 2ECONDS

Story

Viewpoint: Hakuno

On the first day at her new school, Hakuno decides to go wearing the female uniform she was accidentally sent after weeks of wearing it in secret. Despite her worries, she goes outside wearing the uniform for the first time, trying not to pay attention to anyone on the way to her homeroom.

When she gets there, however, the classroom falls silent as the teacher calls her to the front to introduce her. Her classmates immediately begin whispering about her before the teacher silences them, giving Hakuno a glare of disappointment. Hakuno takes her seat as the class begins to go over the curriculum.

At lunch break, Hakuno realizes she's already become an outcast for what she's done. One student calls her a "Trespasser" before running away, laughing with his friends. Her homeroom teacher approaches, telling him not to mess around in the halls before the teacher begins to reprimand Hakuno for wearing the girls' uniform.

This isn't some kind of joke to me!

The teacher, unamused, tells Hakuno she is violating the school dress code, and that their school is very strict on upholding their rules.

Please don't get them involved...

The teacher chuckles, asking if Hakuno thought she wouldn't get sent to the office for breaking the dress code on her first day. She tells Hakuno she isn't in preshool anymore, and that she should have known better.

...

The teacher crosses her arms as Hakuno remains silent, asking if she is going to say anything.

No.

The teacher is thrown off by Hakuno's response. She decides not to report Hakuno to the superintendent, figuring it will reach them eventually, and decides if Hakuno refuses to back down, she has no reason to continue the conversation.

The teacher is thrown off by Hakuno's lack of response. She decides not to report Hakuno to the superintendent, figuring it will reach them eventually, and decides if Hakuno refuses to back down, she has no reason to continue the conversation.

The teacher tells Hakuno to get to class and change her uniform tomorrow, and waves Hakuno off. Hakuno attempts to return to her classroom having not eaten her lunch. She figures things couldn't get worse from here, as long as her parents don't get involved. As she thinks about how the day has gone, she bumps into another student in the hallway, one of Hakuno's classmates. Hakuno quickly moves past her and to her class.

As the day goes on, the other students continue to come up with names to call Hakuno, the most popular being "Trespasser". She wonders if her uniform was a curse in disguise, but notes that the rumor had to start from somewhere. She decides to try to find the person who started it, hoping to help them understand she just wants to be herself. More then that, though, she just wants someone to understand her.

Hakuno picks up on two of her classmates discussing her, talking about a girl named Rise warning them of her. Hakuno goes to ask them more:

H-Hey, what do you know about Rise?

The two tell Hakuno she shouldn't have gotten herself on Rise's "list"; everyone knows Rise, and everyone follows her rules. Hakuno wonders if they're actually helping them before one aggressively tells her not to lay a hand on her.

Did Rise start all of this?

The students are initially unhelpful, telling Hakuno she should just not be a creep and asking if she plans to try hitting on her. Hakuno immediately rejects that idea, saying she only wants to speak with Rise. One student is still suspicious, but the other tells her that everyone knows Rise in their grade; if anyone spread what happened this fast, it was likely her. Hakuno tries to claim they're just rumors, but they don't believe her.

Uh...well...

The students ask Hakuno what she wants, aggressively calling her "Trespasser" and claiming she won't lay a hand on either of them. Hakuno tries to say it's not what they think, but the two are dismissive.

They tell Hakuno that Rise is usually near the lockers at the school entrance before telling her to leave. Hakuno thanks them, wondering if Rise is also a classmate of hers, before resolving to head to the lockers to speak with Rise as class ends.

As she makes for the entrance, she is stopped by Rise, alongside two other girls. Rise asks what kind of pervert Hakuno is to wear the girls' uniform, cornering Hakuno against a locker. Rise asks Hakuno how she got the uniform, asking if she'd stolen it somehow.

They did send it to me!

Rise laughs as Ai asks if her parents hadn't taught her it's wrong to lie. Hakuno tries to insist it's the truth, but is interrupted by Rise. Rise asks Hakuno if she thought she was good enough of an actor to pull off wearing the girls' uniform. She asks again where Hakuno got the uniform from, with Ai joining in.

Please leave me alone...

Rise dismisses Hakuno's request, claiming Hakuno is responsible for the ruckus at school. Hakuno tries to tell her it was Rise's fault, but she is interrupted by Ai. Rise condescendingly explains that Hakuno won't be able to touch either of them, claiming they know people who would stop her.

Ai then asks if Hakuno is worried about her family name, which Rise follows up with by wondering what it'd be like having a "trespasser" in the family.

The two call her a disappointment to her parents, and as the words go through Hakuno's head, she knows her parents would be disappointed in her for this. Rise interrupts the silence by accusing all of Hakuno's family to be "creeps".

What... what are you even saying?

Rise clarifies that she meant her family is as "degenerate" as her to have ended up like this. Hakuno insists it isn't true as she begins to cry. Ai points out that it sounds like her parents don't know about Hakuno wearing the uniform, and Rise shows excitement at seeing that unfold when it gets out. Hakuno begs them not to, which Rise responds to by saying all that's stopping her is that she doesn't know about Hakuno- for now at least.

Rise tells her to stop being a "creep" and she won't tell her parents, though she says she'll still have fun with her.

I...

Rise taunts Hakuno about how it's important to be an obedient student. Ai joins in saying they're all trying to uphold their family names, and that people like her are terrible for throwing them away. Ai then claims Hakuno will make the whole school look bad, and Rise gives Hakuno an ultimatum: stop wearing the girls' uniform starting tomorrow, and she'll stop the "trespasser" name.

Shut up! You don't know ANYTHING about my family!

Rise notes Hakuno's feistiness before pointing out that everyone would hear her. Ai asks if that's what she wanted before Rise gets back to her point: she and Ai will leave Hakuno alone if Hakuno stops being a "creep".

Hakuno retorts by calling Rise the creep, which Rise does not take well. Rise decides to get physical, exuding an aura that terrifies Hakuno to her core. Hakuno realizes they could get away with anything they do to her, and is about to give up, when she suddenly hears someone shout at the two to stop.
