Derivative Works Guidelines

The guidelines below present a framework for acceptable use regarding works that utilize the characters, setting, or other materials from Anarch Entertainment's PROJEKT series (hence referred to as "fanworks").

In rare cases (due to oversight, etc.) fanworks may be deemed harmful which are not an explicit violation of the guidelines, and we may request their removal. Similarly, please note that the guidelines may be updated at any time if deemed necessary.

Additionally, unofficial modification of game files is strictly prohibited under all circumstances.
本ガイドラインは、PROJEKTシリーズのキャラクター、設定、その他の素材を使用した作品（以下「二次創作作品」）に関して、公式に許容される範囲を明らかにしたものです。 ガイドラインに明確に違反していなくても、見落としなどにより、問題があると判断された二次創作作品の削除を要請する場合があります。 また、いかなる状況であっても、ゲームデータの非公式な改造行為は禁止します。

Standard Guidelines

These guidelines apply to all PROJEKT fanworks.

Fanworks MUST contain:
• Attribution clearly stating that it is a fanwork derived from the PROJEKT series, by Anarch Entertainment.

Fanworks MUST NOT contain or otherwise involve:
• Content implying that the fanwork is an official PROJEKT work, or produced by Anarch Entertainment
• Uses of other IP that are illegal or otherwise not permitted under their derivative works guidelines
• Functionality related to NFTs or cryptocurrency
• AI generation of content
• Hate speech / other content promoting discrimination
このガイドラインは、PROJEKTのすべての二次創作作品に適用されます。

二次創作作品は、以下を含んでいる必要があります：
・Anarch Entertainment製作、PROJEKTシリーズの二次創作作品である旨の明記

以下を含んだ、または関連する二次創作作品は認められません：
・PROJEKTシリーズの公式作品、またはAnarch Entertainmentに製作されたものであるとほのめかすもの
・違法な作品を使用したもの、または他の作品のガイドラインに違反するなど、他者の知的財産権を侵害するもの
・NFTまたは暗号通貨に関連する機能を持つもの
・AI（人工知能）の生成したコンテンツ
・ヘイトスピーチやその他の差別を助長するコンテンツ

Extended Guidelines

These guidelines apply to fanworks that fall in at least one of the following categories:
• Commercial works/items (including works distributed for free with paid additional content)
• Games (including custom content for free games)

These fanworks MUST NOT contain or otherwise involve:
• Material from any official PROJEKT product (including but not limited to: music, other game assets, logos, presskit materials, screenshots)
• Material intended to replicate an official PROJEKT product, or content thereof
• Physical merchandise of any variety
一つでも以下のカテゴリーに分類される二次創作作品に適用されます：
・有償の作品やグッズ（有料の追加コンテンツを有する無料作品を含む）
・ゲーム

上記に該当する、以下の二次創作作品は認められません：
・公式なPROJEKTシリーズの製品に含まれる素材（ゲームのアセット、ロゴ、プレスキットの素材、スクリーンショットなど）を含むもの
・公式なPROJEKTの製品やコンテンツの複製を意図した素材を含むもの
・グッズ類（種類を問わず）
