Neo-Metro was initially a city on America's east coast, called Metropolis. Amidst an increasing crime rate, Antiphon provided the police force with equipment and weapons. This led to the police force eventually becoming extremely powerful and loyal to the company, as they were dependent on its funding.
The same happened for several neighbouring cities. Over time, these cities, effectively under Antiphon control, merged, and became known as Neo-Metro, where living standards are very high. Neo-Metro continues to expand, even today.
Antiphon is headquartered in Neo-Metro.
All of the members of STΔRLIVHT currently live in Neo-Metro and have since their time at Neo-Metro Music Institute together.
Gaius Antiphon grew up and attended school in Metropolis.
