Touma is Lily's husband, and Grace's father in law; he is a kind-hearted, easygoing person, though spends most of his time working on research papers in his room.
Story

Touma's appearances are fleeting, and for the most part are limited to offering Grace support.
At the end of Chapter 6.IV, Grace refers to him as "dad" in her call, which he is seemingly overjoyed at.
History
Touma first met Lily at a bar she was working at, having gone with his classmates despite being underage. The two discussed his classmates, and Touma, enamored by her, asked if he could stop by again. Lily agreed, and the two eventually began dating.
Several months into dating, Lily finally tells him about her daughter. Touma is accepting of her situation, and eventually sees Grace in person when Lily brings him to her home.
