This page is an FAQ for all games in the NOISZ series. Note that this list is not meant to be nor exhaustive, nor does it necessarily have all the answers you need; however, as the need for information arises, more may be added.
NOISZ Ignition
What is Inversion/Lethal rate?
Inversion Rate makes it so that if you get hit at 0 lives, the boss regains health dependent on your max lives. This can take you out of Overflow and cause you to fail a song. Lethal Rate makes it so that upon reaching 0 lives, you instantly game-over. This is always active on Overload difficulty.
How do I get Story B in NOISZ Ignition?
Complete Story A and start a new playthrough. In this playthrough, make sure to pick 'mean' dialogue options, such as not reaching out for Wolf-Girl's energy after the battle.
How do I get Story C in NOISZ Ignition?
Complete Story B and start a new playthrough. In this playthrough, make sure to pick 'nice' dialogue options, such as taking Wolf-Girl out to get ice-cream.
Why is the boss's HP in Insomnia so high? How do I defeat it when I can barely make a dent?
The boss has armor; you only need to take it below 90% in each Verse to clear the song.
Do I really have to take down all 999% of the Beyond the NOISZ boss's HP?
Yes; however, getting high combo where possible will allow you to deal a surprising amount of damage.
Stay in the blue zone wherever you can; this will turn those void bullets into red and blue bullets.
The ending lasers of Beyond The NOISZ are impossible to dodge. How do I avoid getting hit?
You need to reach Overflow by the end of the song (or +600% damage on Overload). In order to avoid getting hit, you need to activate Limit/Void Breaker's Crash Mode as the lasers reach you. Press shield for the next three beats after, and you should be able to survive the lasers.
NOISZ re:VERSE
I have Dancer, Blaster, Crash, Parry and Mega styles. How do I get the others?
Completing Courses will reward you with these styles.
How do I solve the keycard puzzle?
Hint
The signs on the keycard indicate which operations you must perform. The grouping of numbers should be kept in mind.

Does pre-rewind damage in Re:BIRTH and Re:VERSE count towards my score?
Yes, pre-rewind damage gets returned upon firing the massive laser at the end of the song.

Why doesn't the Konami Code do anything in the forest?
While following a path that matched the Konami Code gave a special variant of Stage 4C in NOISZ Ignition, doing so has no effect in Stage 3G. This is explained in the narrative as a result of Gaius' lack of confidence in his route, regardless of what you select.
Why can't I scan the QR code after the credits?
The QR code's level of detail may cause issues for some devices.
A recommended method is to take a screenshot of the game, crop it to just the QR code, upload it to a QR code reading website, and copy the link into your mobile device's browser. That may fare better if your mobile device's camera isn't detecting it or failing to read it.
The QR code is planned to be simplified at some point in the future, so if you can't find another way to make it work, you can replay and access the QR code again at a later date after the update is pushed (check Update History for patchnotes).

Where can I play NOISZ ARC⌖CODA?
The map on the game's page lists known arcade cabinet locations; if you see any that aren't listed, put it in the form!
How do I unlock VANDALIZED AI?
These conditions are speculation, but it is generally believed that you need to:
Play at least one NOISZ Beast song (Kill The Deadline, Tengu, Not The Last) on your credit, and on your final stage, obtain SS on Easy or S on all other difficulties.
For certain, you will get VANDALIZED AI on the lowest difficulty played during your credit.
In addition, simply play GREEN? COURSE to be able to instantly play VANDALIZED AI EASY.

How do I build this style? What should I put my stat points into?

Why is the gameplay lagging so much? How do I fix that?
Firstly, check the game's minimum requirements to make sure your device has the specs needed; if it does, check the audio buffer and gameplay FX settings in Options.
Why can't I access the shop?
The shop cannot be accessed while you are offline; check your internet connection.
What is Cake Mode?
On a character's birthday, scanning a QR Code from the official Twitter page (https://twitter.com/noiszgame) will gift boosted item drops, Style XP and Bond XP in that character's folder, as if you were using 1 COINZ boost every play, but for free.
Will there be a custom song/beatmap editor?
There are no plans for a custom song/beatmap editor.
Who is Hitori?
Sumire has DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder); Hitori is one of her alternate personalities (often referred to as "alters").
Why do they sometimes talk in lowercase?
This is colloquially referred to as "Discord speak"; this is not incorrect capitalisation or an error, but a way of conveying casual speech.
How do I get the TRANSRIVHTS title?
Clear a song with the Hitori Fan title, and then another with the Hakuno Fan title. Requires Challenges and Heart and Spade Passes to get the prerequisite titles.
How do I increase the level of the Conqueror title?
To level the Conqueror title up, equip it and clear 3 songs of a certain difficulty back to back.
I activated my Burst, and suddenly died. What happened?
If your SPC Stat has been lowered to F, either by insufficient PW or just by being naturally F, using your NOISZ Burst will kill you immediately.
Why do I die so fast with the DIVINE JUDGMENT style? Doesn't it have high HP?
DIVINE JUDGMENT's ability is that each hit taken per verse will lower all stats by 1; this includes HP, and taking hits will quickly lower the HP stat down to F, where one hit will kill you.
Can I get the Ephemeral Event styles if I missed the events?
You can, by purchasing the Event Pass.
What is the currency required for Lost Data? How do I get it?
These are Ashes; they can be obtained by completing certain story chapters for the first time, incinerating items, or clearing songs within Forge of Antiphon.

I got a new phone. Where did my SL purchases go?
Use the Restore Purchase option to restore them once you've linked your Apple/Google Play account.
Why aren't the next SL story chapters appearing?
In the case of Chapter 6.I, complete Chapter 5.IV, and a folder should appear in the middle of the folder select; 6.I can be accessed from here. If it doesn't appear, play some songs and come back later.
In the case of True Heroes, once you complete Chapter 6.II and view Dead End, go back and complete Chapter 5.I again on any difficulty. This will lock in your story flags for the rest of the game, so make sure your flags are set correctly before proceeding to True Heroes.
Where can I replay Insomnia (MonstDeath Remix) and Quicksilver?
They are unlocked for free play alongside Joker folder by clearing Chapter -1.I.
Where is Forged In Darkest Abyss in Forge of Antiphon?
It's only playable in Iteration 9 if you have the Heart of the Challenger Module.
If I play an Overload song in Forge of Antiphon without having unlocked it in normal play, will I be able to play it in normal play afterwards?
Yes.
Can I RS-DASH through void bullets?
No; attempting to do so will kill you.
For modules that lower a stat to F like Heat 444% and Lunatic Heart, can that stat be raised again with other modules?
No, those stats will remain at F no matter what.
Why is there more than one Chapter 5?
The phrase "Chapter 5" has been used to refer to three different pieces of game content in NOISZ STΔRLIVHT.
First, the fifth chapter of NOISZ STΔRLIVHT False Timeline (see here). This was released November 19, 2022.
Second, "Chapter 5" has been mentioned in this announcement as a way of referring to the chance to reset one's story flags in False Timeline before NOISZ STΔRLIVHT True Heroes begins. The confirmation/reset point is located in Chapter 5.I. This was released on November 19, 2023.
Third, "Chapter 5" refers to the first chapter in NOISZ STΔRLIVHT True Heroes, featuring Back In Business, Benighted Rewaking, Crossroads of the Brave, and halved halved halved. This was released on December 31, 2023.
Can I reset my choices more than once in Chapter 5.I?
Yes, but you cannot reset after confirming your choices.
Can I reset my story flags after confirming my choices in Chapter 5.I?
No, you cannot. Make sure you have seen everything you want to before you confirm your choices. Confirming your choices is a permanent decision.

Which game should I play first?
There is no set order to play through the NOISZ series, however to get the most out of the story it is recommended to play the games in order of release: NOISZ Story routes A, B, and C, followed by NOISZ re:||VERSE (a paid DLC for NOISZ), 2ECONDS TO STΔRLIVHT+, NOISZ STΔRLIVHT False Timeline, NOISZ episode G (another DLC for NOISZ), and finally NOISZ STΔRLIVHT True Heroes (a free continuation of False Timeline's story. Think of it as a second part of the storyline of sorts). NOISZ ARC⌖CODA is a arcade version of re:||VERSE with no story mode and a few extra songs. Playing it is not required to experience the full NOISZ series.
Where do I get the What plushie?
If you missed the Kickstarter, then it is currently only available by visiting Anarch Entertainment's booth at conventions, depending on how much surplus stock there is; don't count on it, however.
How do I get the physical CDs/keychains/posters/etc.?
There may be Kickstarter campaigns for future CDs and merchandise, though for the most part merchandise is only available by visiting Anarch Entertainment booths at conventions, depending on stock.
