Story
2ECONDS TO STΔRLIVHT: Forever My Diamond
Yoko spends the story under the impression Sera is dating Akira, and goes as far as pressuring them to reveal this information to her; under the pretense of it being an interview regarding relevant school business, she pulls Sera into an "interview" to this end.
Later on, she corners Grace just after she witnesses Akira and Sera making plans, under the impression they're becoming close. As with Sera, she ropes Grace into a meeting under the pretense of it being for relevant business, with the purpose of digging up information on Sera and Akira.
NOISZ STΔRLIVHT
Yoko reappears in VS Postlude, attending the final Clash of Twilight show with Akira. She interviews Rise and Ai about their history with one of STΔRLIVHT's members, Hakuno, and how they both grew to regret their actions when they were younger.
History
At some point after graduation, Yoko became a journalist for the Neo-Metro times. Her career took off after Sera and Grace's on-stage proposal, as she had an article prepared ahead of time for several years.
