Forever My Diamond details Grace and Sera's last few days of middle school before graduation, and Grace struggles with the feelings she has for Sera. However, newspaper club president [[Yoko Hinamori]] spreads the rumour that Sera is dating friend and music club co-president [[Akira]], much to Grace's dismay as she begins to panic, terrified of losing Sera.
Later on, Grace learns of Akira's feelings for Sera, though depending on player choices, Akira has either come and gone already, and Sera calls Grace over to the cherry blossom tree in the schoolyard after she panics and heads home, or Grace witnesses Akira's confession; in this case, she runs in and interrupts, confessing her feelings to Sera, who reciprocates.


Under the blossom tree, Sera and Grace talk of their love for each other, and kiss for the first time, becoming girlfriends.

    • A quiet and shy girl who aspires to be a mighty hero. Won't back down from any challenge, as long as it doesn't involve social interaction.

    Her ASD makes it difficult for her to interpret facial expressions. She's usually smiling out of habit to avoid appearing offputting, and sometimes forgets to stop.

    Loves video games, sugary foods, and more than anything, her partner and childhood friend Sera.[1]

    Grace Kamenashi is a member of the idol group STΔRLIVHT. She has a hard time making connections with people due to her shy nature and ASD. Despite being conflict-avoidant, she wants to be a hero and has had that wish since she was 3.

    She has been part of an idol group with Hakuno, Sera and Sumire since high school, first starting as a school idol club[2], and then becoming a formal idol group after being scouted by Antiphon at a HI-LIVE performance[3]. She is also in a dedicated relationship with Sera, and has been for over a year; she loves Sera with all her heart, and always appreciates her help.

    Grace is a huge fan of the Legend of Rikeheart series, and carries around a stuffed tortoise toy with her, named Kelp.

    History

    Due to her ASD (autism spectrum disorder), Grace has historically struggled to fit in, and despite her long-running desire to be a hero, has often been shy, preventing her making friends at school. However, Sera made friends with her at some point in grade school, and the two became inseparably close, speaking of marrying each other even as 9 year olds.

    In middle school, Grace was part of the music club with Sera and their friend Akira. While Akira moved away after middle school, Grace attended Neo-Metro Music Institute with Sera, where they met Hakuno and Sumire, forming STΔRLIVHT after seeing posters the two had put up for the school idol club.
