    Hakuno Nekoda is a member of the idol group STΔRLIVHT. Despite her carefree attitude to most things, she is more than capable of holding her own in most departments, and has finally reached a comfortable stage in her identity as a sapphic trans girl.

    She has been part of an idol group with Sera, Grace and Sumire since high school, first starting as a school idol club[2], and then becoming a formal idol group after being scouted by Antiphon at a HI-LIVE performance[3].

    She has a complex relationship with her sister, Shion Nekoda, stemming from Hakuno's past with the rest of her family.

    History

    Hakuno grew up as a closeted trans girl in a conservative household obsessed with their family's name; her parents often enforced a traditionally boyish image onto her, cutting her hair whenever it reached her shoulders and buying her masculine clothes. The only person in her family that she was close with was her little sister Shion, who she was good friends with up until she was kicked out of her house.

    Despite being on good terms with Shion while she was living in her parents' house, Hakuno felt jealous of Shion, who had everything as a girl that she had wished for, while also feeling guilty that Shion idolized her as a sibling, struggling to move past her bitterness.[4]
